Kevin thrives from building a quality offering that can add real value to the end client.
Kevin has worked with clients ranging from international blue-chip companies to small local startups, across multiple industries.
As an established product and software designer, Kevin’s sharp eye for detail has enabled him to turn basic properties into top quality homes executed with finesse.
Ray Yim
Ray is highly passionate about property design, customer experience, people well-being and self-actualisation.
An experienced property investor with a varied property portfolio, Ray has over a decade of experience working in the Engineering sector leading multi-million pound projects and programmes.
With a diversified skill set that combines the methodical approach of an engineer, business acumen and pragmatism of a project manager, Ray offers first-rate property management services.
Outside of business, Ray enjoys travelling, music (pianist), art, reading and watching live sports.
