Project Chester
Project Chester is our latest acquisition and refurbishment project. Chester was a 3 bedroom property and we are in the progress of converting it into a 2 en-suite, 2 studio co-living property.
This project has been fully funded and completed
Week 13 update
Week 13, the last week of work for us. We are finishing a few things off, putting together furniture and staging the rooms that are finished.

Week 11 update
We are now in week 11 and we are now in the final second fix stage. All the rooms are fully painted, appliances and furnishing are being built.

Week 9 update
We are now in week 9, the property is 95% plastered and our builders have started applying the base coat for some of the rooms.

Week 7 update
In this week’s house tour, we show you some of the changes we have done. We finished the first fix and are about to start skimming. We also had our kitchen designer come in to create 3D CAD drawings of what our kitchen will look like.
We also have a quick chat with our builder team to discuss some of their progress.

Week 5 update
This week, we finished the structural work. We are in the process of installing the stud work, partitioning and first fix. We have also completed the dormer you can see the loft conversion and how much space we have opened up.

Week 3 update
we will go through our progress in our newest project for a HMO conversion. We are 3 weeks into the project, things are going really well and we are looking to complete in the next 2 months.
